In my part of Switzerland, people say <em>Gutzi<\/em>, while in the Zurich area they say <em>Gutzli<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway&#8230; i&#8217;ve started to search the net for a good recipe for Basler Brunsli.  I&#8217;ll try out the recipe in the next couple of days\/weeks. And post a summary of my findings.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Basler Brunsli <\/p>\n<p>Zutaten<br \/>\n200 g dunkle Schokolade gerieben<br \/>\n250 g Zucker<br \/>\n250 g Mandeln, nicht gesch\u00e4lte, fein gehackt<br \/>\n3  Eiweiss<br \/>\n2 EL, gestr., Kartoffelmehl<br \/>\n2 Msp. Zimt<br \/>\n1 Msp. Nelken <\/p>\n<p>ZUBEREITUNG <\/p>\n<p>Eiweiss zu Schnee schlagen und nach und nach mit den restlichen Zutaten vermischen, bis ein Teig entsteht. Den Teig wenn m\u00f6glich 1-2 h an einem k\u00fchlen Ort ruhen lassen.<br \/>\nDen Teig dann auf einem mit Zucker bestreuten Brett kurz kneten und in 3-4 St\u00fccke teilen. Die St\u00fccke auf Zucker 1 cm hoch auswallen und beliebige Formen ausstechen. Die ausgestochenen Formen auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und \u00fcber Nacht trocknen lassen. Dann 3-5 Min. bei 200 Grad backen.
