A well-balanced talk. <\/p>\n<p>I like the Brian Solis quotes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of tools such as Facebook and Twitter does not guarantee people will listen.\n<\/li>\n<li>Engage your customers in meaningful conversations, empowering them as true participants in your marketing and service efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And you need good content.
